Eric Velasquez
Eric grew his passion for property management over the years as he expanded his portfolio of investment properties in Southeast Idaho. Purchasing cabins as vacation rentals has provided him hands on experience and wisdom in real estate investments.
Over the last 17 years, Eric has worked as a successful life insurance agent for New York Life, which contributed to his success in investment planning and lifetime income strategies.

Tia Lloyd
Tia began her career in property management at the age of 19, and continued on the real estate path over the last 14 years. She has managed over 468 luxury rentals, and 56 commercial retail stores in her career.
Tia has a real estate license in UT, and is the director of marketing for a large real estate firm in East Idaho/North Utah.
Tia is an expert in online marketing, sales, photography, videography, web development and graphic design.
