Online Google Meet
We will schedule a discovery call with you to get to know you and your short-term rental goals with your property. We will gather the details of your property and provide answers to any questions you may have.

Contract Agreement & Payment
We will provide a 1-year agreement, with the stipulations of renting out your property for a minimum of 60 days during the summer months.
You will make the payments of the security deposit and minimal setup fees.

Sit Back & Collect Checks!
Each month we will send you a detailed Net Operating Income statement so you can sit back & see the money rolling in!

Property Analysis
We will provide you with an Airbnb & VRBO property analysis that will allow you to see the potential income you can expect while we are managing your short-term rental property.

Inventory & Content
We will tour your cabin, make an inventory list of your current items & suggest any changes that need to be made. You will order any items that you need for guests (example: Soap, toiletries, cleaning supplies, etc.)
Professional photos of your cabin will be taken at this time to use in advertising.
